If you’ve ever bought a home, you know that the loan process can be nerve-wracking, especially if you’re buying for the first time or building a “dream home.” You may have wondered how your loan is progressing, been swamped with information, or been overwhelmed by stress.
I don’t think it should be that way, though.
For me, my work means doing everything I can to make sure a loan closes quickly as possible. It means doing all my homework to make sure underwriting is a breeze. It means taking care of people, not just paperwork.
Every day, I make sure my clients know exactly what’s going on with their loan. I work with my team to make sure we’ve got your bases covered. I show up to every closing that I can, because I think it’s really important to say “thank you.”
Nothing is more important to me than answering questions, paying attention to my clients’ financial goals, and getting a loan closed on time. I know it’s not the only way to get loans done, but after twenty-three years in the mortgage industry, it works for me, and more importantly, it works for my clients.
If you’re looking to buy a home, or finally build that dream home of yours, I’d love to talk with you—even just to give you a second opinion or answer questions you may have. Feel free to contact me at firstname.lastname@example.org or give me a call at 816-728-7700.
