For me, my work means doing everything I can to make sure a loan closes quickly as possible. It means doing all my homework to make sure underwriting is a breeze. It means taking care of people, not just paperwork.
Every day, I make sure my clients know exactly what’s going on with their loan. I work with my team to make sure we’ve got your bases covered. I show up to every closing that I can, because I think it’s really important to say “thank you.”
Nothing is more important to me than answering questions, paying attention to my clients’ financial goals, and getting a loan closed on time. I know it’s not the only way to get loans done, but after twenty-three years in the mortgage industry, it works for me, and more importantly, it works for my clients.
